Tasting Notes

Four different clones are blended together for their distinct characteristics: Clones 15 and 76 contribute golden apple, pear and mineral notes while the Spring Mountain selection adds floral and tropical notes. These flavours are rounded out by the vanilla and toasty notes imparted by oak barrels. Quite a reductive style with a green-gold colour, talc aromas, a green apple and citrus cool-climate character that shows refreshing acidity with the touch of vanilla oak and a little creaminess of texture to balance.
