Product Notes
Dominio do Bibei Lalama Ribeira Sacra is a rockstar wine from northwest Spain. Made from a blend of Mencía, Brancellao, Mouratón, Sousón and Garnacha Tintorera grapes, this red wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged in French oak barrels for 11 months. The result is a wine with layers of complexity and depth, offering aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, spice, and smoke. On the palate, this wine delivers a full-bodied, velvety mouthfeel with luscious fruit flavors, bright acidity, and a long finish. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and mature cheeses.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant, spicy and purple with herbaceous notes and a juicy, palate marked by granitic soil and piquantly spiced. The red fruit takes the upper hand on the strikingly energetic finish. Flavours of highly perfumed fruit and an incredible bouquet of herbs and balsams.
