Product Notes
Castello di Verduno Barbaresco Rabaja is a premium red wine from the Piedmont region of Italy. This is a flagship wine of the Castello di Verduno winery, which was founded in the 1400s and carries a rich history of winemaking. The Barbaresco Rabaja is made of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the Rabajà area of Barbaresco. The wine is aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels, followed by at least six months of bottle aging before release. It has a lovely ruby-red color and aromas of black cherry, violet, and spices. The taste is full-bodied and complex, with firm tannins, hints of dried fruit, and a long finish. This wine is best paired with red meats, game, and strong cheeses.
