Product Notes

Failla Wines Hirsch Vineyard Pinot Noir is a rich and complex wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Sonoma Coast. The nose is dominated by aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and baking spices, with faint hints of tobacco and earthy undertones. On the palate, there is a beautiful interplay between the fruitiness of the wine and its distinct minerality. The tannins are well integrated and provide a lovely mouthfeel and texture. The finish is long and luxurious, leaving a lasting impression of dark fruit and spice. This Pinot Noir is an outstanding example of the care and attention that Failla Wines puts into their winemaking process.
