Product Notes
Paolo Conterno Barolo Riva del Bric is a sophisticated Italian red wine that emanates luxury in every pour. Made from the Nebbiolo grape variety, this wine comes from the Piedmont region in the North-Western part of Italy. It is a powerful wine that boasts an intense bouquet of red fruits, roses, and spices on the nose, while the palate is layered with flavors of ripe fruits, chocolate, and tobacco. The wine has a smooth texture and firm tannins that give it incredible structure and length. It is aged for 24 months in oak barrels, which gives it a complex and elegant finish. This wine is perfect for drinking young, but it will also age beautifully for up to 25 years. It pairs exceptionally well with hearty meals such as roasted meats, truffle risotto, and mature cheeses.
