Fleur de Miraval Rosé ER2 is a beautiful and luxurious champagne that comes in an exquisite gift box, making it the perfect present for that special occasion. Crafted by the world-renowned Champagne house of Miraval, this champagne is made from the finest Pinot Noir grapes grown in the heart of Champagne. The pale pink color of the champagne is a result of the slow fermentation process and the blending with Chardonnay to create a complex and rich flavor profile that is both fresh and delicate. With its elegant bottle design and sophisticated gift box, Fleur de Miraval Rosé ER2 is the perfect choice for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

Tasting Notes

The second edition is a richer style, with aromas of roasted almond, acacia, blood orange and spices. On the palate it is poised and multi-layered, with bright acidity giving great tension to the wine. Notes of toasted brioche, candied peel and buttery notes are well balanced with a saline freshness and an elegant, persistent finish.

About the Winery

Fleur de Miraval

Fleur de Miraval is a fusion of the skills and expertise of three families. This impressive triumvirate includes the Jolie-Pitts of Miraval, the Perrins of Beaucastel fame and the renowned Champagne grower and producer Rodolphe Péters of Pierre Péters. Friends Marc Perrin and Rodolphe Péters wanted to create a Champagne that combined the complexity of Chardonnay and the vibrancy of a young Pinot Noir. Having struggled to find what they were looking for in a rosé Champagne, in 2015 “we created the wine we couldn’t buy" says Marc. ‘Fleur de Miraval’ has its cellars in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and is the only Champagne house to produce solely Rosé Champagne.
