Lagar de Cervera Pazo de Soane O Rosal is a premium white wine from the Galicia region of Spain. This elegant and sophisticated wine is made from a blend of indigenous grape varieties including Albariño, Loureiro, and Treixadura, which are handpicked from the vineyards of Pazo de Soane estate. The wine has a pale straw color with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, white flowers, and a hint of mineral notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a refreshing acidity and a long, crisp finish. Lagar de Cervera Pazo de Soane O Rosal is the perfect companion for seafood dishes, salads, and light cheeses.

Tasting Notes

Clean and bright, with yellow colour and greenish hues. The nose is very intense and persistent, with hints of white flowers as well as notes of grapefruit peel and tropical fruits such as pineapple. On the palate the wine is delicate, fresh and elegant but at the same time, remarkably structured and balanced.
