Omero Cellars, spread across just 26 acres, is located in the smallest vineyard of Oregon in the Ribbon Ridge area. The nature-rich serene Willamette valley is home to this beautiful, small and family-owned estate, which is famous for its unique and intense wines. Out of the 26 acres of this estate, 22 are dedicated to growing Pinot Noir and 4 are dedicated to growing Pinot Gris. The vines are grown by following sustainable and biodynamic principles, which add value, quality, flavour and elegance to the wines produced under this label.
Craft Wine Company, the parent company of Omero Cellars, also makes other labels of wines such as Minimus and Origin. Some of the popular wines from the stables of Omero Cellars are the following:
2014 Omero Pinot Noir Ribbon Ridge
Made from the Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Ribbon Ridge AVA area, this wine is known for its high levels of acidity and floral aroma. The main reason for this is because the grapes used for this wine are not as exposed to the sun as the grapes grown in the other areas. This wine contains 13.50% alcohol content.
2016 Omero Pinot Gris Willamette Valley
This wine is made from Pinot Gris grapes grown in Willamette Valley and they are known for their spicy texture. With its 13.63% alcohol content, these wines are bottled without any filtration, adding to their uniqueness.
2016 Omero Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Made from 20% whole cluster and few other dynamic clones grown in the Willamette Valley, this wine has a structured and earthy flavour to it, making it a highly popular wine in this region.
2017 Omero Chardonnay Willamette Valley
