San Marzano EDDA Bianco Salento IGP is a premium Italian white wine produced in the Apulia region of southern Italy. It is made from a blend of Fiano and Malvasia grapes that grow on the sun-drenched vineyards around the town of San Marzano. This wine is pale straw in color with greenish reflections and has a delicate aroma of white flowers and fruits. Clean and fresh on the palate with a well-balanced acidity, it has a long-lasting finish. The wine pairs perfectly with seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meat and cheese. It is best served chilled at around 8-10°C.
