Product Notes

Tedeschi Capitel Tenda Soave DOC Classico is a white wine that hails from Italy's northeastern Veneto region. It is made from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes, both of which are native to the area. The wine is pale gold in color and offers aromas of ripe fruit, including citrus and apricot, as well as floral notes. On the palate, it is rounded with a good balance of acidity and a mineral finish. Tedeschi Capitel Tenda Soave DOC Classico is best paired with seafood, white meat, pasta dishes, and vegetarian cuisine. It is a refreshing wine that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Tasting Notes

Strongly and complex fruity bouquet. Very clean and with notes of dry fruits such as almonds. Rich and elegant. Flavor: good body and good acidity. Relatively warm, rounded and wellbalanced. Pleasing and elegant. The after-taste confirms the notes in the bouquet.

About the Winery

Tedeschi

The name Tedeschi is synonymous with the Valpolicella region, with documents of the estate dating back to the 17th century. Since the 1630s, the family have worked within the region, shaping and influencing its vineyards and landscape. Today their association with Valpolicella, its terroirs and its leading wines is recognised worldwide.

The Tedeschi winery is a premium family-owned and run winery and today, Antonietta, Sabrina and Riccardo continue the legacy of this family-run business. Attention to tradition, focus on innovation, and knowledge of the local territory are the key elements that make up the identity of their estate.

The family are convinced that each of their wines is born out of their territory and history. Their distinctive characters are the result of 400 years of intense passion and research in their vineyards in Valpolicella.
