Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
Grown in the Cabernet Vineyards of Coonawarra, this wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are processed through traditional viticultural methods. Basket-pressing, natural fermentation and usage of French oak barriques are some of these ancient practices.
Adelaide Hills Private Selection Pinot Noir 2018
This is made from grapes grown in the best of the vineyards in the Adelaide Hills region. It has intense acidity and comes with an unmissable violet & blueberry aroma.
Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2017
This unique white wine is made from Chardonnay varietal grown in Adelaide Hills and subjected to traditional winemaking practices. The fruits are sorted in bunches and tank-pressed before they are introduced to natural fermentation processes.
