Product Notes
Chateau Changyu Moser XV Family Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir is a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and white wine grapes. This wine is made from carefully selected grapes grown in the Ningxia region of China, and is aged in oak barrels to create a complex and well-rounded flavor profile. On the nose, the wine offers notes of ripe fruit, such as cherries and blackcurrants, along with a hint of vanilla. The palate is full and rich, with a smooth finish that makes it a perfect accompaniment to dishes like grilled meats or cheese. Overall, this wine is a great example of the quality and craftsmanship that can be found in Chinese winemaking.
Tasting Notes
Very pale salmon colour. Fully ripe grapes. Very vinous nose. Masses of fruit and only the merest hint of fermentation aromas. Apparently 1.7 g/l residual sugar but it tastes more. High extract because berries are very small. Real mouthful of charming fruit.
