Mancura Etnia Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a high-quality red wine blend made from handpicked grapes sourced from Chile's premium vineyards. This wine presents a deep ruby color and a complex aroma that features notes of blackberry, black cherry, and cassis with hints of vanilla, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins that provide a long, smooth finish. The Merlot adds a delicate sweetness that works beautifully with the rich tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is an excellent pairing for grilled meats, pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.   • Guardian – This range of wine is a dedication to the fresh evening ambience that you enjoy here. The grapes used for this range are Cabernet Sauvignon, Pais, Carignan, Merlot (grown in the Maule Valley), Carmenere (grown in the Maipo Valley), Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay (grown in the Leyda Valley) and Pinot Noir (grown in the Casablanca Valley).
  • Mito – This range represents the highest-quality of wines that are produced right from the top of the Andes to the depth of the coastal valleys.
